• Strategic Planning, covering
  • Development of e-Government program at the national and state levels
  • Design and development of e-Government strategies and roadmaps for government departments and agencies
• Providing Program Management to e-Government initiatives at the National and State levels.
• Undertaking Project Development work in relation to specific e-Government projects including Mission Mode Project
  • Project Conceptualization, Project Architecture, Preparation of Business Models, and Service Level Agreements
  • Preparation of RFPs, Bid Process Management
